decor of rooms a bit too "kitch" ...owner patronizing and humorless ... wi-fi signal very weak to non existant if not near center lobby...felt treated as a commodity rather than a "guest"!

The hotel is clean, has views on the mountains. The rooms are big size with very comfy beds. The breakfast is wonderful, and the location is favourable so close to the Fair and Bozen/Bolzano and the beautiful historical center of Bolzano.
Disappointing breakfast, it should be way much better.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short drive away from the beautiful historical center of Bolzano. The staff, especially the friendly gentleman at the reception, made our stay truly enjoyable with their warm smiles and helpful service. The hotel itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains, hills, and valleys. We loved the well-equipped gym, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a built-in Jacuzzi, and the relaxing sauna. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the lobby and bar area were exquisitely decorated. The ample parking provided a hassle-free experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay.

I would suggest them to post on their site an info on how it is actually easy to reach the hotel using bus 10b (bus stop is in 50 meters and the bus takes you to the city center in 5 minutes) and that the whole area around in quite developed. Before arriving I was expecting something really really remote only reachable by taxi. So the hotel obviously has an extra plus which it doesn't communicate....
